Welcome to mysowellness.com ("the Site"), owned and operated by SO Wellness ("SO Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, booking a session, purchasing a Wellness Box subscription, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
SO Wellness offers non-clinical wellness services including Wellness Specialist sessions, Executive Advising, Performance Mentoring, Corporate Wellness Consulting, speaking engagements, and a seasonal Wellness Box subscription. Service availability, pricing, and package details are as described on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
SO Wellness's coaching, advising, and mentoring services are not therapy, medical treatment, clinical mental health care, or a substitute for licensed medical or psychiatric care, even where our team members hold clinical credentials. Nothing on this Site or provided through our services constitutes a diagnosis, treatment, or professional therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact a licensed provider or emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or purchase products through this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Session packages are billed as described at the time of booking. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with the policy provided at booking; late cancellations or no-shows may be billed in full. All sales of session packages are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Wellness Box Subscription
The Wellness Box is a recurring, seasonal subscription billed on the cadence disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize SO Wellness (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing date; charges already processed are non-refundable except as required by law. Shipping timelines, box contents, and pricing are subject to change season to season.
Corporate & Speaking Engagements
Corporate wellness consulting, corporate training, and speaking engagements are booked individually and governed by the specific agreement, invoice, or statement of work exchanged between SO Wellness and the organization or event, which will control over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, podcast and video content, and the "Four Pillars of Wellness" framework — is the property of SO Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Testimonials & Results
Testimonials and outcomes shared on this Site reflect individual experiences. Results vary by person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed from any service, package, or product offered.
Third-Party Services
This Site may link to or use third-party tools for scheduling, payments, or content (including but not limited to Calendly, Google Calendar, and podcast/social platforms). SO Wellness is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SO Wellness and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SO Wellness for the service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
